At Zabbat, we handcraft every box of our premium stuffed and unstuffed dates with exceptional care, quality, and hygiene. Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to food safety, we follow a strict return and refund policy.Returns/ Exchanges We do not accept returns under circumstances like:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Disliking a flavour after tasting
- Minor packaging damage during delivery
- Shipping delays beyond our control
And just to be clear —
Half-eaten boxes, sampled dates, or empty packages will not be eligible for any return or refund.

- Wrong product received (incorrect flavour or item)
- Product received in spoiled or damaged condition
To qualify for a refund:
- Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos, including an unboxing video, of the product and packaging
- Our team will assess the issue and determine refund eligibility
Approved refunds will be initiated within 24 hours and credited to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.Important Notes
- No complaints will be entertained without photo/video proof. An unboxing video is mandatory.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for refund.
- Final decision for any claim rests with Zabbat.
Return Shipping
- Customers must return the complete parcel in the original condition to our warehouse.
- Return shipping is not free — customers must bear the cost and responsibility of return shipping.
- Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
- Address and contact details are printed on the shipping label.

- For online payments, refunds will be credited to your original bank account within 2–5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. Refund will be processed via NEFT/IMPS within 2–5 business days.
