Return & Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only Genuine Case consider for Return. Please Don’t make an order if you just want to check or test because our Whole team is working hard and it’s needs effort to provide fast shipping free of cost.

PROCESS FOR RETURN

Write a mail to customerservice@zabbaat.com Also Mention Order id, Issue, Label photo and unboxing video.(You can call on +91 72009 01639 to know process but email is must to solve issue.)

Our Team will guide on same Mail and share further process.

Customer Have to send the whole parcel in the same condition at our warehouse. Return Shipping isn’t Free.

Customers have to ship to our warehouse.

We are only able to refund the full amount when you ship the product to our warehouse by yourself. We don’t take any responsibility for your self-ship parcel so send it carefully.

Address and Number are mention on label.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@zabbaat.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Health Supplements, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, skin care products, hair care products etc..). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases if any. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on offer items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once we receive the return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

  • If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your Bank account within 2 to 5
  • If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us with your bank account , bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

– Free Gifts are not Exchangeable!

– Exchange items don’t get more 7 days of return. They have to inform their problem within 24 hrs of product delivery.
